One Monte Carlo

One Monte Carlo is an exciting mixed-use development, which was inaugurated in February 2019. It stands in the heart of Monte Carlo, next to the Place du Casino.

This latest generation complex comprises six residential pavilions as well as retail and office space. Light wells between the pavilions enables daylight to enter the conference facilities and art gallery located below ground level.

The development includes a new pedestrian street with luxury boutiques and restaurants between the Hôtel de Paris and the Petite Afrique Gardens.

The unfurnished apartments, which are available for long-term rentals, have fitted bathrooms and kitchens. Residents benefit from concierge and valet parking services and access to the pool and fitness centre of Thermes Marins Monte Carlo. They can also enjoy optional hotel laundry, housekeeping and room services.

One Monte Carlo was designed by Sir Richard Rogers of the critically acclaimed architectural practice Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. The interior design is by Bruno Moinard and Claire Bétaille of 4BI & Associates, who count London’s Four Seasons Hotel and the Plaza Athénée Hotel in Paris among their past projects.
