La Petite Afrique

Petite Afrique project was completed in 2016, located at the heart of Monte Carlo close to the gardens of Le Grand Casino and a block from the Hotel de Paris. On stepping outside residents have direct access to the retail area of Boulevard des Moulins and transport network.

For the architect Isay Weinfeld a primarily goal was to preserve the magnificent view of the Casino gardens and of the Mediterranean Sea. Due to that each floor of the building has balcony gardens turning the outdoor view into an extension of the indoor area.

Isay Weinfeld's Petite Afrique project is a showcase for new construction in Monaco. Its proximity to the Casino gardens on the one hand and the Avenue de la Madone on the other hand have inspired the architect with a daring design in full harmony with its environment. Enabling residents of Petite Afrique to enjoy the incomparable view has been the guideline of his work. That is why each floor has balcony gardens, true extensions of the interior area, where it is possible to enjoy in peace the favors of the Mediterranean climate.

The apartments of Petite Afrique in question are elegantly designed, taking cues from natural elements to create a modern apartment with sophisticated interiors. It is composed of 8 apartments that are extending over an entire floor, and at the top floor there is an exceptional penthouse which occupies the last two levels. The penthouse offers large terrace and a private swimming pool on the roof. All the apartments equipped with two suites, chic master suite with dressing room, large space for services and equipped kitchen.
